Mrs. Postell was born and raised in Cordele, GA and she's a 1997 graduate of Crisp County High.  She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University, Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix, and Educational Specialist in Middle Grades from Georgia Southwestern State University.  She received her Tier I add-on in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University.  She also received her Gifted Endorsement.  Mrs. Postell begin her teaching career in 2009 in Dougherty County where she taught 6th grade for five years.  She then begin teaching in her hometown, Crisp County, in 2014 and taught 7th and 8th grade math for nine years. She begin her new journey, July 2023, at Thomson Middle School.
