Bio

Ms. Freeman is a native of Macon, Georgia. In her early life she attended Northeast High School and went on to graduate from, “ The first public HBCU in the state of Georgia”, Savannah State University (December 2017). Where she received a bachelor's of science in Biology with a concentration in secondary education. While matriculating through college she joined many organizations such as ; NAACP, Sisters Striving for Excellence INC., Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, INC., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, INC. and excelled in academics where she was selected to become a Robert NOYCE Scholar. Ms. Freeman has been a teacher for 5 years and has recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master’s in Secondary Education with an emphasis in STEM. When Ms. Freeman is not being a scholar or educating our youth and servicing the community; she is busy being a mother to her daughter. Ms. Freeman is excited and eager to work with parents and students this year!
