Ms. Redding is a native of Fort Valley Georgia.  She attended  Fort Valley State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in School Counseling and  Troy University where she received a Specialist degree in School Counseling. She served as the Graduation Coach/11th grade Counselor at Peach County High School three years before transferring to Dublin Middle School where she served as Middle school Counselor for eight years.  Ms. Redding currently serves as the 6th grade and 7th grade A-L  Counselor at Thomson Middle.  Her motto is "treat each child the way you would want someone to treat your child".
